We identify where value is lost — unnecessary movement, waiting, rework, overprocessing, inventory between steps. We trace each issue to its root cause, not just its visible symptom. The real constraint is often not where management assumes.

Warehouse operations — flow redesign & slotting optimization

A distribution centre was facing high labour cost per order and inconsistent pick accuracy. Value stream mapping revealed excessive travel distance as the primary waste driver — caused by slotting that no longer reflected actual picking frequency. We redesigned slot allocation, adjusted pick sequences, and standardised handoffs between zones. No new equipment, no additional headcount.
