How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on scope. A Quick Scan takes 2–4 weeks. A full operational improvement project typically runs 2–4 months. We define scope and timeline clearly before any work begins — no open-ended engagements.
What size of company do you typically work with?
Companies with 50M+ CZK revenue that operate their own logistics or distribution — manufacturing, retail, parcel operators, and e-commerce with complex fulfilment. If the problem is real and the data exists, we can work with it.
Do you work outside the Czech Republic?
Yes. We have worked across Central Europe — CZ, SK, PL, AT. If your network crosses borders, that's often where the most interesting work is.
Do you implement changes or just advise?
Both. We stay through implementation when the client wants us to. Handing over a report and disappearing is not how lasting change works — and not how we operate.
